The final deadline for the Iowa City Junior at Brown Deer will be 2:00pm today, Saturday June 29th. Once this deadline passes we will not be reopening the event.

The ICGA Junior at Brown Deer is a Birdie Point event on the Iowa Junior Tour and part of the Partner Program. The Iowa PGA will process entries, prepare pairings and tee times, and email tournament specifics to registrants. Brown Deer PGA Professionals, Sean McCarty and Brian Wernimont as well as tournament director Larry Noska will administer all other aspects of the event on site.

Format:
Boys 12-18 will play 18 holes
Girls 14-18 will play 18-holes
Boys 11 & Under and Girls 13 & Under will play 9-holes

Pee Wee Tour members are allowed to play in this event but will be transferred to either the Boys 11 & Under or Girls 13 & Under division and must abide by all Iowa Junior Tour rules and regulations. Caddies are not allowed.

Tee Assignments:
Boys 14-18 will play the Blue tees
Boys 12-13 will play the White tees.
Boys 11 & Under and all Girls will play the Red Tees

Players should always be checked in at the registration table and ready to go on their designated tee box at least 10 minutes prior to their tee times.

RANGE FINDERS ARE ALLOWED, BUT MUST BE USED FOR MEASURING DISTANCE ONLY. PLAYERS WILL BE PENALIZED IF THEIR USE OF A RANGEFINDER IS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN DISTANCE. THE FIRST USE OF A BANNED RANGEFINDER FUNCTION WILL RESULT IN TWO STROKE PENALTY, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT USE DURING THAT ROUND WILL RESULT IN THE PLAYER'S DISQUALIFICATION.

ALL OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES MUST BE TURNED OFF AND STOWED IN GOLF BAG AND ARE NOT ALLOWED DURING PLAY. SUCH DEVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CELL PHONES, IPODS, ETC.

Refunds will only be given until June 28, 2019. There will be a $5 processing fee for cancellations in 9-hole divisions and a $10 processing fee for cancellations in 18-hole divisions - for any reason.If you choose to cancel and accrue credit to your account, you may use these funds for a future tournament, during the current season. If funds are not used, they will be donated to the Iowa PGA Foundation - Burkart Scholarship.
