Rules and Announcement
The Quad Cities Junior at Palmer Hills GC will be a Partner Program Event for 2023. The Iowa PGA will process entries, prepare tee times/pairings and email tournament specifics to registrants. Palmer Hills GC staff Jon Waddell, PGA will administer all other aspects of the event on site.
Start Time: 8 a.m. tee times off #1 for 18 hole divisions. Off #10 for 9 hole divisions
Format:
Boys 11 & Under and Girls 13 & Under will play 9-holes
All other divisions will play 18-holes
Tee Assignments:
Boys 16-18 will play the Black Tees
Boys 14-15 will play the Gold Tees
Boys 12-13 will play the White Tees
Boys 11 & Under and all Girls will play the Grey Tees
Players should always be checked in at the registration table and ready to go at least 10 minutes prior to their tee time on their designated tee box
Awards and lunch are included.

RANGE FINDERS ARE ALLOWED, BUT MUST BE USED FOR MEASURING DISTANCE ONLY. PLAYERS WILL BE PENALIZED IF THEIR USE OF A RANGEFINDER IS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN DISTANCE. THE FIRST USE OF A BANNED RANGEFINDER FUNCTION WILL RESULT IN TWO STROKE PENALTY, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT USE DURING THAT ROUND WILL RESULT IN THE PLAYER'S DISQUALIFICATION.
ALL OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES MUST BE TURNED OFF AND STOWED IN GOLF BAG AND ARE NOT ALLOWED DURING PLAY. SUCH DEVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CELL PHONES, IPODS, ETC.
Refunds will only be given until July 1, 2023. There will be a $5 processing fee for cancellations in 9-hole divisions and a $10 processing fee for cancellations in 18-hole divisions. If you choose to cancel and accrue credit to your account, you may use these funds for a future tournament, during the current season. If funds are not used, they will be donated to the Iowa PGA Foundation - Burkart Scholarship.
