The Iowa PGA Spring Junior and Pee Wee Open will be held April 23-24, 2022. The event will be played at Coldwater Golf Links and Ames golf & Country Club in Ames, IA. This will be a Major Point event on the Iowa Junior Tour Schedule.

**NOTICE: This is a Major Point event on the 2022 schedule. It is recommended that 18-hole registrants for this event be intermediate to advanced golfers to eliminate slow play and to make it a fun event for all participants.**

Round 1: Coldwater Golf Links
Round 2: Ames G & CC

Start Time are all approximate:
Round 1: Approximately 11:30 AM tee times off #1
Round 2: Approximately 10:00 AM tee times off #1 and #10

Format:
9-hole stroke play for Boys 11 & Under and Girls 13 & under each day
18-hole stroke play for all other divisions each day

Round 1 Coldwater Golf Links Tees:
Boys 14-18 will play Black Tees set to 6600
Boys 12-13 and Girls 14-18 will play White Tees set to 5500
Boys 11 & Under and Girls 13 & Under will play Red Tees set to 5100

Round 2 Ames G & CC Tees:
Boys 14-18 will play Black Tees set to 6600
Boys 12-13 and Girls 14-18 will play Gold Tees set to 5500
Boys 11 & Under and Girls 13 & Under will play Red Tees set to 5100

Players should always be checked in at the registration table and ready to go on their tee 10 minutes prior to their tee times.

Entry fee includes warm up range balls, golf for both days and awards for top 3 in each division.

**New for 2022, boys 14-18 and girls 14-18 will compete together for ranking purposes and winner in overall division for both will earn an additional 250 bonus points in their division. All Major point events will be sent to AJGA, JGS and GJGR for national ranking.**

RANGE FINDERS ARE ALLOWED, BUT MUST BE USED FOR MEASURING DISTANCE ONLY. PLAYERS WILL BE PENALIZED IF THEIR USE OF A RANGEFINDER IS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN DISTANCE. THE FIRST USE OF A BANNED RANGEFINDER FUNCTION WILL RESULT IN TWO STROKE PENALTY, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT USE DURING THAT ROUND WILL RESULT IN THE PLAYER'S DISQUALIFICATION.

ALL OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES MUST BE TURNED OFF AND STOWED IN GOLF BAG AND ARE NOT ALLOWED DURING PLAY. SUCH DEVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CELL PHONES, IPODS, ETC.

Refunds will only be given until April 19, 2022. There will be a $5 processing fee for cancellations in 9-hole divisions and a $10 processing fee for cancellations in 18-hole divisions. If you choose to cancel and accrue credit to your account, you may use these funds for a future tournament, during the current season. If funds are not used, they will be donated to the Iowa PGA Foundation - Burkart Scholarship.
